4. Production Services (DG Live)
Information regarding DG Live Productions provided on this Site is for informational purposes only. Specific terms regarding equipment rental, production services, and liability will be outlined in separate contracts per event.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Louisiana. Lee Denton Music Co. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Louisiana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
